Hi! My name is Andrew Coates and I am a Recruiting Coordinator for NCSA. I grew up in the small town of Marshall, Michigan where I was bored and raised until I went off to school at Michigan State University. I have been living in Lansing, Michigan for the past four years. I am a recent graduate, and I graduated with a major in Advertising Management and a dual minor in Sport Business Management and General Business.
Throughout my life, I played competitive tennis, soccer, baseball and ultimate frisbee. Once in college, I began focusing on working, spending my first two summers as an assistant director or Marshall Recreation Department. I then began a role with Weller Management as a Property Marketing Coordinator during my junior year in school. For the past year prior to my arrival at NCSA, I worked for Michigan State’s golf course as an event coordinator and outdoor operations specialist.
My favorite part about working with NCSA is being able to continue to work in sports as well as helping High School athletes achieve their dreams. It has been a fantastic place to begin my full time work career!
