I joined NCSA to help families with the recruiting process. This is both an exciting and nerve-racking time for families of student-athletes, I know, because I went through the same process with my youngest daughter who was looking to play college softball. I had no clue as to where to begin this journey. She filled out an NCSA questionnaire at a tournament and a few days later with the help of a Recruiting Coordinator and a Softball Recruiter, we were on the path to a college softball career, I say we because it is a family effort. Being a parent who has been through the NCSA process allows me to see the recruiting process as a recruiting coordinator and as a parent. The most rewarding part of my job is helping student-athletes reach their goal of playing college sports.
