Growing up in Virginia, I was always competitive and loved to play whatever sports I could. After trying tennis, volleyball, and basketball, I ultimately fell in love with softball and continued to play throughout high school. I played second base, center field, and pitcher depending on the year and team and played for little leagues, AAU leagues, and my high school team.
I joined NCSA because when it came time for me to choose a college, there was so much I didn’t know about recruiting and how I could play at that next level. Without that knowledge, it ended up being too late and I didn’t end up following through and finding that right fit for me on a team, and rather chose to focus on academics. Though I believe things happen for a reason, it’s always been a question mark in my mind and my goal is to do everything I can to prevent current student athletes from having those same “what ifs” later on.
I love and am passionate about working at NCSA with young athletes to make this process smoother for your families. It is incredibly rewarding to be able to make an impact on such a pivotal time in your lives for the best!
I currently reside in Hampton Roads, VA, where I live with my husband and our two kitties. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology from ODU, go Monarchs! In my free time I love to spend time with my loved ones, play video games, and go to concerts.
