I attended a four-year college at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. While at Albertus, I played women’s soccer and lacrosse at the Division III level. After completing my BS in Sport Management I went back to Albertus for my MBA in Human Resource Management and Project Management. While obtaining my master’s degree, I served as the women’s soccer graduate assistant. As a graduate assistant, I focused a lot on recruiting high school athletes. This is where I stumbled upon NCSA, this was a great tool to help us find high school athletes outside of the state, as well as athletes that would be a great fit for our university.
The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is knowing I am able to connect with families and assist them in the recruiting process. It is a great feeling to know I am making a difference in a family’s life each and every day. NCSA is a great organization and I am thankful to be a part of this amazing family.
