Paul Irving '13 Recruiting Profile

I would like to be able to go to college and play water polo. I am very interested in criminal justice and forensic science, but I also have an interest in American history. I have learned discipline for both my school work and my sport through my water polo experiences. I look forward to going to college to have the experience of playing on a team with people of all different levels of experience, which can only enhance my abilites for my game. My goals are to get a degree and possibly go into the Marine Corps or the US Navy. I would like to go into the service as an officer, to show my leadership abilities. My immediate goals are to go into my senior year of Water polo, and be on the all region and all district A teams. I think that our high school team has a very good chance of going to the State championship, even though it is only our third year of playing the sport. I hope to be a leader of that team. I would also like to go to the regional championships for swimming in the 500 yd freestyle and in a relay. I have been the last two years and am looking forward to going again this year. I am looking forward to going to the Jr Olympics next summer for Water Polo. This will make my third year. I have played in other tournaments around the state and country and look forward to more of those experiences in the upcoming year.
