I began playing volleyball on a girls club team due to the fact that there is no men's volleyball in Iowa. After attending the USAV A3 Camp in the 6th grade I made the transition to playing men's volleyball in Madison, Wisconsin. I started out as a 13 year old libero on an 18's team. Since then, I have played every single position on the court and have become a very versatile player. Over the summer I was voted the "Best Digger" at the Ball State Men's Volleyball Camp and competed at USAV BJNC in Reno. I now play libero for Capital 18 Navy. It is my biggest dream to play volleyball as long as possible and at the highest level possible in college. I train everyday to make this achievable and won't stop till I get there. I know that with my determination and work ethic, I can achieve anything.
