Kyle Cass '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Cass and I am a part of the class of 2016. I love running and people often tell me I'm crazy for how much I run. I enjoy longer distances more and would love to run the 5000m and 10000m in college along with cross country, but I also enjoy the 3200m and 1600m. I run a 16:04 5k, a 9:44 3200m, and a 4:26 1600m and I have been to state for cross country twice, as a sophomore and junior. I am interested in running for a reputable college, athletically, but academics are also very important to me. I hold a 4.0 GPA and would like to study in the science field, perhaps with a research-based interest. Although I may not be fast enough to run for some very competitive colleges yet, I am always working hard towards improving and I am determined to become an elite runner.
