My junior year i threw a PR of 50ft 4inchand im going to be competing in Washington State Regional meet. it is my dream to compete in college since i started competing in track back in 7th grade. ive been the best thrower for shadle park since my freshman year. im a hard worker and will do anything to help best the team and make us better. im very dedicated and can manage my time between schooling and sports. i will compete at the highest level i can possibly do. i wont give up, i dont know the meaning of the words "can't", and "give up". im a big and strong kid im only 17 at the moment im 250 pounds, 6' 1" i spend hours working out and refining my skills in track and football. When it comes to throwing im the first one out there doing shadow drills and throwing, im always the last one to leave the throwing pits. At track meets, when were all done competing i stick around and keep throwing working on where i messed up and how i can fix it for the next meet.im a great team mate i help my teammates out when they are struggling with certain areas.
Sincerly, Gage Rayman
