Chauncee Holston '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chauncee Holston and I and 5'8 Senior from Round Rock, Tx. I am attending Round Rock High School and entering my last year of high school track running on the varsity level. My personal records are 48.92 on a open 400 meter dash, 23.03 on a 200 meter dash, 2:04 on a open 800 meter dash and a 11.14 open 100.

I enjoy everything that comes with track. I ran in the Texas Relays on the 4x2 time of 1:27.45 and making it to finals on the 4x4. I am second in the district and area in the open 400 meter dash. I qualified to go to regionals in the open 400 dash at Baylor. I am looking for an institution that has academic programs in psychology that has a competitive athletic environment in Track and Field, but allows me to pursue and succeed in my career. I aspire to work hard my last year of high school and to always give over 100% in both Athletics and Academics. Work ethic and motivation are what set individuals apart, my goal is to pursue both my dreams, running and studying psychology.
