My overall goal is to have the fastest times ever , make it to the olympics , and compete to the best of my ability to be the best out there. I work hard and I train to push myself when it hurts, burns ,and aches. I discipline myself to start the day off with a mile at 5 in the morning to get myself going. I encourage my teammates to race each other because we make each other better athletes. As athletes we must push each other past the limit eat right and have a tremendous mindset.
