Hello coaches my name is Thomas Hayes and I’m class of 2017. Since the beginning of my freshman year I have dreamed of running track in a great college, as most kids that love the sport do. My mother, father and grandfather all served in the Army so I come from a military background which is a good thing because my parents have taught me discipline, hard work, self motivation, honor, and integrity and I do my best day by day to live by those values. My family, academics and track are the most important things in my life and keeping those things first will help me to accomplish my goals. My number one priority and goal is to get a good college education, although I would like to run for a division 1 school and I think I have the skills and ability to do so, I’m open to all colleges no matter the division or level. What you can expect from an athlete like me is; very easy going and coachable , tremendous amount of effort, hard work, dedication and team always comes first because I’m willing to do whatever it takes to win. When I’m not in school or on the track, I try to go lift weights and do speed training so I can get as fast and strong as I possibly can. I look forward to speaking with you and thanks for taking the time out of your day to view my profile. Thank you and have a Blessed day.
