My goal in the near future is to attend a college that will push me academically and athletically. I aspire to become a medalist in the Olympics, especially in the 400m dash. I also dream to become an Orthopedic Surgeon to help young athletes through their injuries and educate them to prevent future ones. I proudly proclaim that I am a disciple of God and care for everyone, especially those close to me. Also, I call on His grace to give me strength through any obstacle in my life. You know the saying "Don't work hard, work smart?". Typically, one would agree that working "smart" is the most efficient way to complete a goal. However, my philosophy is that being "smart" and working "hard" both heavily rely on each other in order to achieve greatness. And so, as a student athlete, I find efficient ways to complete a task and grind my butt of to reach my academic and athletic goals. My parents are very hard workers, and I intend to carry that trait on, and complete my aspirations. What I bring to the table is this: whatever I am told to do, I do it. All I need though is a coach that understands my mindset and how important my dreams are, and to push me to become a greater athlete and person.
