- I go to Striders Gold Camp every summer for 1 week. It is a vigorous 1 week camp where we not only train but also learn the fundamentals of running. This includes eating habits, shoe technology, hill runs, workouts, distance runs, mental aspects of running, and much more.

- I train in distance running with a mix of workouts and long runs as directed by Coach Jessup. Currently I run between 60-70 miles a week.

- ActivitiesI am currently involved in YMSL /Young Men's Service League. This is a 4 year program that is a mother/son group. We do service projects, volunteer hours at various non-profit agencies as well as conduct business meetings using Robert's Rules of order. I am also involved in National Honor Society. We also complete service projects and service hours throughout the school year.
