Joshua Martin '16 Recruiting Profile

I am going into my junior year at Manvel High School. I have a GPA of 3.3, and am ranked 87 out of 673 students in the class of 2016. I run the 400, 800, and 1500/1600 meters, and have been on our school's varsity team since I was a freshman. As a collegiate, I wish to first maintain exceptional grades academically. Athletically, I hope to work up to becoming a NCAA All-American, and eventually a National Champion. As a future candidate for a collegiate, I am very supportive to my other teammates and give 110% everyday whether on the track or in the classroom. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am confident, aspiring, humble, trustworthy, and respectful. When it comes to competing athletically and academically, I put my heart into it and try to give my very best at all times.
