I love running. It's what I am good at. I've been a part of my high school varsity team since 6th grade. I have been running in cross country practice since 5th grade. I asked to run in practice so I could be prepared to run on the team in 6th grade. I've been running ever since.
Currently I am seeking a track club to join and I have just obtained my AAU membership to assist me with that search. I hope to expand my skills for shorter track distance, as well as keep running long distances in cross country. I am easily coachable and I work hard to be the best athlete I can be.
Academically, I enjoy History as my best subject and I have recently been asked by my History teacher to teach a class myself on WWII weaponry.
I would like to run in college, not just for the potential scholarship to help fund my education, but also because I just love to run.
