- the coach and i were able to team up with the leadership class and make posters and adds for the daily news paper to recruit more players and by 3 weeks had doubled our teams number.

- becoming captain i took on the responsibility to help fund raise and threw various rund raisers including the 100 mile marathon i with the help of most the team was able to earn money for new uniforms which we differently needed

- i have improved beyond what most high school athletes with a 23.9 seconds freshman year(also first year doing track) to a 22.7 seconds my junior year, my 400 has improved the most with with a 59.6 seconds to a 49.9 seconds my junior year and there's always room for improvement

- i have been the team leader ever sense my sophomore year so i have always been there for the relays and what ever event the team needed to thrive at a meet, running a 100 split in 11.15 seconds to the 600 in 85 seconds and the 800 split in 2:14 minutes

- each year in the winter i get a hold with training partners and we push our self with planned out work outs, because I'm a sprinter they all focus on power,form,endurance and form. together we work out 5 days a week with Mondays and Thursdays being the most challenging workout of the week then weekends with Saturday for flushing out the pain and rest for our muscles on Sunday
