Something that makes me a good candidate for your team is my 100% drive to become the best. I always set my goals high, and I stop at nothing until those goals are met. I want to be the fastest in the county, I want to be the fastest man alive, but more than that, I want to be all I can be. If I can look back at a race and see that I gave it my all, even if I came in last, I can walk away with my head held high. Another reason I would be a excellent athlete for your team is my determination to better others, not just myself. I think everyone has potential to be a great runner, maybe they need a little more motivation to overcome the mental wall, but if no one is there for them, it can be very discouraging. So, I always make sure every knows they are a essential part of the team, because we're more than just a team, we're family, and family sticks together. One last reason that makes me a good team member for your team is my ability to not let my head swell. Even if I was the fastest man alive, the fastest man in the county, or even the state, I wouldn't gloat or discourage others, I would tell them I was exactly where they are and anything is possible. I want to bring my love for running to your team, to start a tradition of loving the game, loving the pain, and loving the team.
