Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Ellery Rajagopal, class of 2017, and I am looking forward to joining a team full of dedicated runners like myself! I run cross-country in the fall, and I run any distance from 800m-3200m, with my area of expertise in the 1500/1600m run. During my frosh/soph years, I was able to improve my times in all of these events, and I can't wait to show you how much I improve from now to 2017! Academic Accomplishments
Are you in honor classes?
Yes. My school is an IB Diploma school. IB courses are considered equivalent to AP courses. I am taking high level IB History, high level IB Physics, and high level IB music theory. These courses are 2 year courses, so I will also be taking them next year, my senior year.Are you in AP/IB classes?
Yes. As a sophomore, I completed AP Chemistry ( 4 on AP test) and AP World History (3 on AP test). I sat for the SAT II in Chemistry and received 770 out of 800. This year (2015-16) I took AP Calculus BC I and II ( 5 on the AP exam) and scored 800 on the SAT II Math 2 test. Senior year I will enroll in SUPA multivariable calculus, a second year college level course offered in conjunction with Syracuse University at my school. I will be taking AP English in my senior year.Registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center?
