Erik Buser '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erik Buser. I am five feet nine inches and weigh 153 pounds. I am a middle distance to long distance runner, though I do sprint from time to time. My junior year I was Second Team all County in Bergen County New Jersey. My senior year I was 1st Team All County as well as First Team All State Group 2 and 1st Team All League. I run winter and spring track and have been varisty since my freshman year. I am hard working and dedicated, going on 10 mile runs by myself in the summer or doing an extra interval in a workout. I am a leader which I learned from school and being captain of the cross country team as well as captain of the two track teams my senior year. What school I go to depends on the education level and if they have a mechanical engineering program. After that I am open to whatever college, wherever it is. My mother recently lost her job, making paying for a college a very big problem in   the future. I wish to compete in college at a high level and prove myself a good runner. I am ambitious and set goals for myself, like running in college and becoming the best I possibly can be.
