Personal Statement
I am a three sport athlete (Cross Country, Nordic Skiing, Track) looking at the possibility of competing in college athletics. This season will be my sixth in Cross Country, third in Nordic Skiing and third in Track. This season I will be a captain in all three sports. In Cross Country, we run 5Ks but I am interested in longer races as well. In Nordic Skiing, we race 5Ks in both Classic and Skate techniques but I have raced a 15K skate race and this season I will be competing in the Junior National Olympic Qualifiers to race stronger competition. In track, my coach has focused me in the 3200 but I have also competed in the 1600, and 4x800.
