Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a dedicated well rounded athlete. I am extremely coach-able, and have a personal track record of being honest, reliable, supportive to team mates, helpful and responsible on and off the track. I have aspirations to attend a college where my track performance could enhance a teams roster while also achieving my academic goals. Currently I am entering the indoor track season as a Senior I run varsity track and I'm the team captain for Le Sueur Henderson High School. I hit two major milestones last year, I broke my school record in the 100 M with a 10.78 and I broke the MRC conference meet record. I also made all conference sections champion in the 100 and 200 M races. I finished 4th overall in the 100 M and 9th in the 200 M and am hoping to improve my 200 M PR. I am currently ranked as top seed in Southern MN and ranked 9th in the 100M for the entire state of MN! Afer mt 10.78 I backed that up with a 10.88 at state. My goal this year is to hit that 10.5!

- I have been training with Melvin Anderson, from Maximum Impact Training. We have been working on strength, core, balance and form. This training as a sophomore allowed me to improve my times and place two ranks higher at regional s than the year before.

- As a Sophomore I ran the entire winter track season against all age groups. I used this competition as a training base where I was running against DI, DII and DIII athletes. At the Championships running my age group I took 1st place in the 100 M and the 200 M at the MN Field House, University of Minnesota.
