Personal Statement

I am a student enrolled at Coopersville High School and I believe I have the talent and skill required to Vault at a collegiate level. As a freshman I vaulted 11'10", and improved my sophomore year to 13'6". This junior season I have vaulted 14' 1/4 " and hope to get up to 15 at the state meet. I plan on going to college after high school and would hope to continue my career with pole vault along with my studies. I would be a good fit to many school because I believe I have the ability to be successful on the track as well as in the classroom. I am hard working at things I am passionate about and pole vaulting is number one.
