My name is Ben Henson. My primary varsity sport is Track. I am the Captain of my Varsity Team. My fastest 100m time was 11.16a. My fastest 200 time was 23.03. My Junior year I qualified for the MA Div I State Meet in the 100m Spring season 2012 with a time of 11.04 Sprint Timer. During the Spring Season I was the team's point leader and ranked in the TOP 10 In Massachusetts in the 100m.
I have always wanted to play a college sport even before I was in high school. To reach my goal I have always, and will continue to push myself to my physical limits to improve my skills. I know that college is far more than just playing sports. I also have an idea of what I need to do in order to be successful. Criminal justice is the major I am leaning towards at this time.
I wish to become an officer in the military directly after college. ROTC is extremely important to me. The college location is not a major concern for me. I wish to run indoor/outdoor track at any collegiate level. Extreme dedication never fails to help one improve and reach ones goals. I strive to show the utmost respect to any of my authorities and I will never be that person to complain about working hard. I know that my dedication will be an asset to your school.
