I am a senior at Iolani School in Honolulu HI. I have been running varsity cross country and track since my freshman year. Running at the next level has always been an aspiration of mine. I have progressed each year through dedication and hard work.
I was apart of a great team in Mississippi, where we won state my sophomore year (2014). I was also the individual 4A state champion. As a junior we moved to Hawaii. The move enabled me the opportunity to be a part of another great team and program, we won state. I led my team with a strong 5th place finish.
Family is very important to me. As I have learned, you cannot achieve great things alone. I have been fortunate to have a supportive family both academically and athletically. Running has become a way of life for me and I've been fortunate to be on teams that have become second families to me. As I begin my college search, I look to extend that family circle.
I have been training very hard all summer and look forward to my senior season. I am very excited about the college search process. Strong academics as well as a strong athletic program are important to me. Wherever I end up, the coaching staff can be assured that I will always give 110% to them, the program, and to my teammates!

- High elevation training in the Rocky Mountains. The camp consists of morning shake outs, flexibility drills, extensive core training, lectures from elite runners and coaches, nutrition, and afternoon trail runs. This is 3rd summer in a row attending camp.
