Hello coaches. My name is Danang Rockett and I am a young athlete looking forward to being apart of one of the best track programs in the nation. My collegiate goals involve mastering my field of study to prepare for the real world as an adult and help in serving my community. I clearly understand that education is certainly a high priority. Second, my goal is to be in between the fast lanes of the track, preparing to run in the Olympics. I am a humble, respectable, God-fearing, and hardworking young man with a heart and passion for this sport. My character is most important to me, because as I was taught that your character shows who you really are as a person. Academic success is important to me because failure is not an option. My Junior year highlight video includes the following: Race #1- 4th leg in the 4x100 relay, race #2- 200m, race #3- 100m, race #4- 100m, race #5- 200m, race #6- 3rd leg in the 4x100 relay, race #7- 100m, race #8- 4th leg in the 4 x100 relay, race #9- 100m, and race #10- 4th leg in the 4x100 relay. Thank you for taking your time and also showing your interest in a young recruit like myself. God bless.
