My name is Tyrese Aushaun McPhatter. I am a senior at Harris County High School in Hamilton, Georgia. I have been running varsity track since my freshman year. During my Sophomore year I finished All-Bi-City 2ND team, Harris County Sprinter of the Year, 2nd Place in the region for the 100m and 1st place in the region in 200m, finished 11th GA state meet in the 100m, placed 8th at USATF Junior Olympic Region 4, took overall 3rd place in the 60m (7.05) indoor 2016 TFCUSA Championship at the Crossplex, Birmingham, Al with my AAU track Club Tri-City Striders. I had a great track season this year with improving my PR times of 10.70 in the 100m and 21.83 in the 200m. I was part of the 4 x100 track team for the high school and we placed 5th overall in GA in class 5A. My I had the best times within 5A region 1 for the entire track season. I also qualified for the 2016 AAU Junior Olympics in the 100m placing 3rd over for region 8 GA and SC and our 4 x100 team placed 2nd overall with a time of 41.5. This year I won Region 1 5A 100m and 200m 1st place and part of the 4x100 team winning 1st place with a new school record. I work very hard, and believe in my heart that if I continue to train and work harder than my peers, that I can achieve my goal of competing at the next level. However, now I am focusing on improving my skills every day, and concentrating on education so I can enter college with all the tools for success. If selected by your college, I can guarantee that I will be a player/student with incredible work ethics, honor, and loyalty. I would also like to major in Homeland Security. I am looking to be a part of school that offers great education; and also the best opportunity to complete at the next level. I still have a lot of growing to do, both physically, and mentally and will work hard every day to improve both. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my personal information, and I am looking forward to hearing from you in the near future. I am registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center , my eligibility # 1511362773.
