Personal Statement
This has been a good senior season for me. I have recovered from an earlier running injury. I've won two races and been very competitive in almost every race. I set a new PR of 16:20.95. I finished the season with a second at district, fourth at region, and eleventh at state. My team showed big improvement, winning six meets and placing third at state. I am now preparing for a standout track season. Along the way, I intend to break my school's 5K record -- 16:14 -- before the end of my senior year.
