Personal Statement
I would love to get into track as a professional sprinter or jumper. I've always dreamed of being an athlete at college and professional levels. I believe that running track at a college level will help me grow stronger as a person and give me key characteristics such as determination, confidence, and perseverence which will help me succeed in the future. It will also give me a deep respect for other people, allowing me to learn how to work with them better.

- I had to push myself because coach never gave me difficult workouts. I could have been much better had I had tougher workouts and been allowed to use the weight-room more than once a week. I often did extra from what coach required but still feel like I could have done much more.
