2011 Season
After placing 5th in the state as a sophomore, I attended Florida state track camp this past summer and raised my jumping height to 6'06". Entering my junior year I feel that winning the state high jump this year will be my goal. Raising my grade GPA also is high on my list as well. The sky is the limit and I look forward to the challange. I see that I am have an opportunity to prove to college coaches that I am a unique individual who has a desire to be the best on the field and off. I come from a very athletic family and know I have the genes to excell. I will continue to grow taller as expected and continue to raise my jumping heights. I am focused to be the best.
Season ended and I swept all conference district and regional meets. I placed 5th in states at Winter Park, FL on May 7th 2011.
Its now July and I finished FSU Track Camp and I jumped 6'06" and also learned the triple jump to add to my portfolio. Can't wait for track season for my junior year. My goal is to be state champion this coming season.
