Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Cesar Gomez and I am currently a sophomore at Doral Academy High School. I began running my 8th-grade year and made it to states for the 4x800m relay. At first, like most runners, I did not find running as exciting as others. But, as the year went on, I became very competitive and fell in love with both Cross Country and Track and Field.
Now as a sophomore, I currently run a 19:34 5k, a 2:17 800m, an 11:24 2-mile, and a 5:20 mile.
