I moved from my small farm town in Hugoton Kansas to IMG Academy in Florida where I will finish my senior year. In my past it has been a learning experience for me dealing with multiple injuries preventing me from competing in many of my sports. Now it is senior year and i'm ready to compete. I use t play varsity in all my sports back in Kansas. I was a defensive linemen in football, specifically nose guard and I have ran in a couple of Indoor track meets as a unattached athlete in the winter while I did wrestling. On the varsity track team I work hard every day to get my times down and exceed my expectations. I am willing to put in as much time necessary to become the best athlete I can be! Now that I am here at IMG Academy I will take advantage of everything I can to become a top athlete in Track!
I hope to get a scholarship for track and compete at the highest level of collegiate Track&Field I can achieve. I plan on studying to become an athletic trainer and learn how to work in the fields of agriculture. In the summer I work on a farm and run on a very small summer track team.
I was born Phnom Penh the capital of Cambodia. I was adopted into an American family and in fifth grade I started getting involved with my community's sports programs and since then I have enjoyed competing in my schools sports programs since. I am working hard to get all my times down and go back to compete for Cambodia in the SouthEast Asian Games and Asian Games. I am also a part of student council and the Honors Society here at IMG.
