Personal Statement

I've always had the aspiration of becoming a collegiate athlete.  It's something that I've dreamt of since I was six years old. I think it would be absolutely amazing to throw discus in college while getting an education. The thing that sets me apart from other recruits is my relentless hard work. Whether it may be in the throwing ring, in the weight room, or in the classroom, I'm always pushing my boundaries to make myself the best possible person/athlete I can become.  I feel that having that relentless hard work and my passion to compete at the college level makes me a good candidate for you team.
