I will be a good candidate for your team because I have good sportsmanship no matter what. I am a strong leader. I am team captain of the boys cross country team. Academics comes first before anything and that is including sports. Hard work is always put into academics and sports at all times. My collegiate goals is to run track and cross country on a full ride scholarship or close to a full ride. I want major in either anatomy, human biology, or kinesiology when I go to college. I would like to get a full 4-year-ride scholarship. My career goal is to become a physical therapist. I am also wise, intelligent, and very mature which is some reasons why I am a strong leader.
I have been running track since 7 grade (2012) and cross country since 8 grade (2012). I love competing in track and cross country because it is an excitement and rushing feeling trying to out run someone in a race. Also competing in meets are fun in general. I enjoy running in general because running sets me free, helps me think, and see things differently. The reason why I started running track is because I wanted to do a sport and after my first meet I won a medal in the 1600m at the Mt. Sac relays. I really enjoyed it so I stuck to it and fell in love with the running track and cross country.
