I love running and intend to continue after High School. My goal is to run for a college while studying to become an Engineer. I can guarantee my future coach a dedicated and hard working athlete that would be an asset to their cross country and track teams.
I have an immense drive to acheive the very best that I can whether it be athletics or academics. Willing to do whatever it takes to achieve excellence.
My dedication to running is shown through my training schedule. To train in Arizona during the summer I am up and out the door by 5:30 every morning, Monday thru Saturday to beat the heat. During the school year, I continue to train six days a week, while keeping a high GPA including AP courses.
In May I received the 2016 "Live Like Lezo" award from my High School Track & Field coaches. The Live Like Lezo award was created to commemorate an outstanding highschool student and athelete who lost his life in 2013. This award is giving to the one athlete on the team that best demostrats Lezo's character which is to live everyday to the fullest, be kind to others, and to work as hard as you can to get what you want. It is a very special award and I was honored to recieve it.
