Rodrigo Torres '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Rodrigo Torres and I am a senior at Memorial High School in McAllen, TX. I am 17 years old, and been playing tennis since I was 14. I am 6' feet and weight around 173lbs. I made the Varsity team al 4 years of High School, and played USTA at the same time. I've made it to regionals all 4 years of my high school years, and I've qualified to play Super Champ Major Zones for the State of Texas. I won a Nationals Doubles Tournament in Mexico last summer, and got to the Semis in singles. I practice around 12 hours a week, sometimes more, play tournaments on the weekends, and go to the gym in the mornings.I stay focused in school, and want to go to Law School. I've developed my game consistently over the years, and look forward to working with any team that wants me. I am willing to win, and to fight for my team no matter what.
