Cody Highsmith '15 Recruiting Profile

I have the desire to play at the highest level I can. I am open to playing at any level of school that will give me a chance. I have many strengths on and off the court. On the court I would have to say that my serve it pretty big as well as my forehand. My volleys are better than most and my ability to read a persons body to anticipate just seems to come naturally. My speed helps out to track down some balls most players can't get to. Off the court I have been able to show my leadership and compassion. If someone on my team is not working hard I hold then accountable no matter the age difference. Over the summer and my last few tournament I have reached the semis, finals, or winning the tournament. I play for my Varsity team at Tivy High school in Kerrville, Texas. I am the number 1 singles and doubles player. As well as being number 27 in my class academic wise. I have realized that it is important to balance sports an school. I am open to play anywhere for any school. If that is far away from home or close I want to play.
