Personal Statement
I`m a business administration freshman from Montevideo, Uruguay. I graduated high school in December 2014 with a 3.1 GPA and started college in my country to be able to make a more objective decision about going to school in United States or not. I will apply for fall 2016, being 19 years old at that moment.
I am a 6’1’’ 160 pounds left handed player. I started tennis at the age of ten and have been competing since then. I was ranked 17th nationally in the 14 years old category, 20th in 2012 competing in the 16 years old, and reached the top 25 in the national ranking including the ATP players in 2013, finishing the year in the 32nd place and starting 2014 as a top ten 18 years old category player. Last season my club team got the second place in the national 18 years old category interclub tournament, in which I played both singles and doubles for my team.
