James Kovach '11 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm James Kovach Jr. I'm six foot tall and weigh 150 pounds. I'm a brown haired and hazel eyed kid with broad shoulders and big floppy feet. I'm very passionate about swimming. Ive been an athlete since I was five when I started T-ball. I picked up basketball in sixth grade and made it too All-stars my first year playing. I continued to grow as a player in both these sports and made several travel teams for baseball and several for basketball including AAU travel League. I added swimming to my talents in seventh grade and began to show some achievement in that area as well making it to All-Stars my second summer swimming. I made the varsity team my sophomore and junior year and now I'm a co-captain on Varsity as a senior.I have also started to participate in Track as a way to keep my legs and lungs in top shape. I truly enjoy running the 200 & 400 events.I wish to compete at the college level for swimming. As for where and how I have not decided yet and that is why my dad and I have joined this program. I wish to attend a college on a scholarship of some kind but also where I will be an important member of the team. I hope I have given you all a good insight into my past and personality with out over talking haha.( I tend to do that sometimes).
