Colton Montgomery '17 Recruiting Profile

     At the age of 10 I knew that swimming would always be a part of my life.  Having learned to swim at 4 years old my parents recognized my love for the water very early.  I was enrolled on a swim team by the time I was 8 and not long after that I realized that swimming truly made me happy.  Not only did I enjoy it, I was actually really good at it. 

     My name is Colton Montgomery and I am currently a senior, swim team member and team leader at Independence High School in Frisco, Texas.  I have a love for this sport and I am a true team player.  Encouraging my teammates while working hard with them and for them are some of my strengths.  I have the desire to live a clean and healthy life and I enjoy sharing that with members of my team.  Pursuing a degree in Christian Studies is my academic goal and a personal goal is being an important part of my college swim team.
