- 5 or 6 practices a week, each practice is 3 hours long: 2 hours swimming, 1 hour "dry land" (but I do not lift weights)

- Average yardage for a 6 practice week is 33,000 - 39,000. Our "dry land" routine consists of running, ab work, and body resistance, but we do not do any other type of weight training.
