Edward Oser '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ed Oser and I am currently a senior at St. Peter's Prep in Jersey City New Jersey.  I have earned three varsity letters throughout my high school swimming career, earning one for each season. I also juggled my time with playing  water polo at my high school earning two varisty letters. My goals are to compete at a collegiate level that challenges me both in the pool and in the classroom because my academics are a strong focus in addition to my athletics.  This is only my third year swimming, and I say that because I want to continue learning everything that this sport has to offer and anything my future team and coach can give me. I am a hard worker in and out of the pool and am very dedicated to the sport. Going into my last season, I have been named a captain of the team because of my natural leadership abilities and because of my dedication. I am very personable and work well with others and in new environments.  I work well on a team and value all the different things each individual can bring to the table. I aspire to becoming the best student athlete that I can become and unlocking my abilities to their fullest potentials.
