Parker LeMire '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Parker Le Mire from Somerset Wisconsin. I am 5'9" 165lbs. When I started high school in Somerset, I had a long growing love for soccer. The team at the time was only a club team, which I was the starting goalie for, and had no intention of trying to become a high school team. Before the season started, I took the matter to the school board and with one of my fellow teammates, got the team affirmed as a true varsity high school team. I have started goalie ever since and am the first, and only, player out of Somerset to receive all conf. awards. I also play for a club team out of New Richmond Wisconsin; There I have started as their goalie for what will be 8 years this year. The past three years we have either been the 1st or 2nd seed in the state tourney, with a combined (regular season) record of 60-5. Running as one of the teams captains I am the team leader and stand firm at the helm during soccer games making sure my defensemen know exactly what I want them to be doing at all times. I have a gift for yelling and controlling the field of play during my games and for that, I have been recognized for many awards for my club team such as, all tournament player, all state, one of the top goalies in the state. I am a natural born leader and I feel that I can make a great impact on wherever I go, my options are still open and I have not committed to any school yet.
