Soccer has been an interest of mine since I was 10 years old. One of my greatest soccer goals is to play at the collegiate level. As a mid-fielder, forward, and defender, I have played at various levels from recreational and high school to the challenging level of premier club soccer.
I feel that I am a natural leader and I enjoy helping others who are in need of guidance. This is a trait that I learned through playing soccer. As captain for my first competitive soccer team, I was able to offer leadership both on and off the field. I also have learned how to accept defeat through soccer. Being able to handle setbacks helps prepare me for real world situations when I will not always win.
As a 5' 9", 135 lb. mid-fielder, I have the speed, stamina, and agility to work the field. I consider myself very analytical both on and off the field. This trait allows me to anticipate and implement well-structured plays.
I will graduate from Westosha Central High School - Salem, WI in June 2018. My current GPA is 3.80 and I have been a high-honor roll student each year since grade school. The type of college I am interested in would offer majors in mathematics and business. I am interested in universities in the Midwest but am open to other locations as well. My hope with college is to grow as a student, an athlete, and an adult so that I have a good foundation when entering the real world.
