Jordan Broesch '11 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach, I am Jordan Broesch I will be short and straight to the point. I love soccer and I am willing to play anywhere the team needs me. I feel that my work ethic, conditioning, and will to win goes unmatched. Also because of those three combined I feel that I can compete at any level of competition. According to my coach Doug Smith I am lightning quick and I have an endless amount of energy, I agree with that and feel that if there is one step in a game that I dont push myself, it makes me feel disgusted with it and I feel like I let my team down. I am a student of the game and I love being coached. I am very comitted to what I do and nothing will get in the way of me reaching my full potential. Standing at 5'9" 150 pounds i look small but my 4.53 second hand timed 40 yard dash puts me at fastest kid in my school. I can bench 175 pounds and squat 275 so I am no pushover. I was 2nd team All-Conference in my first year playing high school soccer I lost in a re-vote to a senior even though I had more goals, assists, and total points. I have played in my town's summer league ever since I was 6. I have made the all-star team every year. I will be a team Captian this year via unanimous decision by coaching staff and players on our team. I have always wanted to play soccer at the highest level every time I can. I am in amazaing shape as my conditioning workout includes a quarter mile swim, 5 mile run, 15 ladders, sprinting around the soccer field doing ten push-ups at every corner and half line, then followed with a shoot around session and sprints everytime I miss the corners of the goal. I am very open to any type of school, the size doesnt matter to me neither does location. Unfortunatly my family is in "financial need." I would love to major in Physical Education because I love being active and I am really good when it comes to getting kids active. My athletic goals are to help the team win. Playing time would be great as a freshman but isn't necessary all I want to do is win. If I do get playing time as a Freshman i will do my best and give 100%, 100% of the time.
