Samuel Gomez '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Samuel Gomez. I am part of the 2016 graduating class from Mequon, Wisconsin (Greater Milwaukee Area). My goal is to find a college that fits me best, where I can receive the best education possible and play high-level collegiate soccer.

I play Midfield (outside, attacking, and defensive) for North Shore United (WI). I am a versatile, quick, aggressive player that can step up and help the team where it needs me most. Along with skills, I am a legitimate play maker, with great vision of the field and make the players around me better. In the past couple years I have earned All- Conference, All-Area, Wisconsin and Region II ODP honors, state championships (high school and club), futsal national titles and much more. I am an honor student, taking difficult AP and honors courses in which I work hard in everyday.

As a person I am a friendly, outgoing, and works great with others. Whether it is in the classroom or field, I bring leadership. I bring people together to make the best out of every situation. I am determined to step up to what ever challenge lies ahead and never give up. I’ve been blessed to have caring coaches, teachers, and parents so far in my life and now I’m ready to go on to the next chapter and find the perfect college for me as a student and player.
