Josh Boris '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Josh Boris and I am a Junior at Cedarburg High School in Cedarburg, WI. I am 5’8” and 145. I play outside defender for my club team, the Milwaukee Bavarians, and I play attacking center midfield for my high school team at Cedarburg High School. I was voted team captain for my high school team  this year by my teammates. I am a starter on both my club team and my high school varsity team. My freshman year I was named MVP of my JV team and was the leading scorer and had the most assists. My club team, the Milwaukee Bavarians, has won the Wisconsin state cup three years in a row and has made it to the semi-finals in the Midwest Regional Tournament two years in a row. This year, we made it to the State Cup finals, however, lost in double overtime.   Last summer I went on a mission trip and traveled to Kingston, Jamica to build a house in a town located in the city garbage dump and helped children.

I was selected to participate on a team traveling to England and work with English coaches and play against English Academy teams.  I scored two international goals.

I want to play college soccer and play in a key contributor role.  Soccer has been a very important part of my life and has taught me many things.   I am interested in Business Administration.
