I can remember the first time I dreamed of playing college soccer, I was just a child living in France learning how to dribble a soccer ball. Here I am now, having lived in the United States for eight years and having practiced the wonderful sport of soccer for nine years and counting. I have dedicated my time to the sport with practices, games and extra training and now that this dream is so close, I would hate to have to give it all up. Whether it’s on or off the field, winning or losing, I always keep a positive and leadership-driven attitude towards my teammates, my coaches and especially the fans that come out and support us. Being a student-athelete has not been very easy but being an organized and time managed person, I thrive to achieve my goals whether academically or athletically. I am currently attending Tesla STEM High School, a project-based and hands on choice schools that has challenged me to think of outside the box. Over the years, I have worked with teams to solve real-life problems around my community. This high school has helped me discover and develop my passion for future potential fields of study like engineering, mathematics, and computer science.
