For many years i thought that personal success would take me and the team to championships but I could not be more wrong than that, because as I looked on my bookcase, with all my trophies I could only see MVP trophies, best in this best in that, but I could not find a championship trophy. Since that I completely changed my way of thinking, I became a leader a motivator. I could see that my bookcase was all fill up with trophies but this time with championships won, not individually but as team.
In my country soccer always was seen as a way to escape problems or to take me somewhere, but for me soccer is where i have fun, being on the field brings me joy. My grandfather thought how to play and he always told me that i was a happy and funny person and if I could bring that to the field it could take me anywhere I want. Where i want to take me is to a college.
Everyone in my house went to a college and have a post graduation degree. That is my goal to have a post graduation in Marketing. School was always what my family focused on, I had to be the best student that i could be, it did not mean that i had to get an A all the time but the best grade that i could get, because hard work, focus, leadership, commitment and desire will lead to your personal best.
