Chima Ogueri '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Chima and I started playing soccer around the age of 6. I was introduced to the sport by my father, he played high school until he broke his knee. When I started playing my dad had realized that I had a talent for the game and found a team for me to play on. Since that day soccer has been my life I eat, drink and sleep soccer! Literally! 

Playing soccer at the highest level possible has always been a dream that I've sought for so dearly. I believe that I am a great candidate for any college looking for a collegiate ready soccer player. Currently I am the captain of my club team I know that I can take charge and lead the team even if the most challenging situations. I am also a very coachable person as well I can take criticism and use it to better me on and of the field.

In the classroom I strive to be the best I can be. Always asking for help in the place I need I am not shy in speaking out when I need too. I always make sure that I have great communications with them so I can achieve greatness. I am open to whatever may come my way and I hope that I can take my enthusiasm, humor and hard-working nature to a college that will allow me to be a part of something greater and to play the sport that I love.
