I strive to be successful in anything I do but specifically in soccer. My dream is to make it professionally straight out of high school or even before. It's hard for me to make that dream come true because I don't have the proper soccer environment where I live (Corpus Christi, TX). I still try proving people wrong by working hard and accomplishing many things that others haven't. Losing games and people who are better than me in soccer are the two things that motivate me and push me to do better and become the best I can be. My mind set doesn't let me accept defeat. If I don't make it as a professional, my goal is to get a full soccer scholarship at a D1 University and study physical therapy. A lot of coaches have told me that I have what it takes to make it professionally but I don't want them to say it, I want them to witness me making it. I let my actions speak so that's why I strive to be the best I can be. That's why I strive for bigger things. Success makes me happy but I'm not completely successful until I live my dreams.
I haven't been surronded by great players and coaches for the majority of my life like most competitive players. I started receiving great training at the age of 11. Since then, I have always been extremely coachable and I've become a quick learner. I've played for great clubs in a short time period and I've been a huge key player (out of results and stats) for every club team I've played. My argument is, if most competitive players have received great training at a younger age than I did but I received less great training than them but I still can compete at a high level as a key player, imagine where I could be if I received proper training CONSISTENTLY.
Athletically, I'm an explosive player. I'm very quick on and off the ball. For my size, I'm a solid player on and off the ground. I make great runs as a striker and I make quick decisions. I tend to have a good vision of the field and my teammates. I'm a very dynamic players, although I love the possession aspect of the game. I love going straight to goal to score.
